About Moderna

Moderna has been designing and installing beautiful brick paver walkways, driveways, patios & retaining walls for many years. Moderna provides in-house design and rendering for project planning in addition to construction documents for HOA approvals. 

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MODERNA FOR A FUTURE PROJECT PLEASE READ:​ "We have found our niche in this market installing residential brick paver driveways and complete 5 to 6 of them each month. Due to the time & resources involved, we will only take on a very limited number of backyard hardscape projects & select large scale outdoor living projects. During some parts of the year we are committed to our existing clients (designers, landscape architects & referral business) and sometimes do not accept new projects from the general public, unless it is in a community that we are currently working in. When contacting us for a new project, please be as detailed as possible. We will do our best to get back to everyone. Our project minimum cost is $3,000. We are currently not offering repair service on projects installed by others." 

About this Site

Over the years Moderna has amounted a tremendous amount of photos and video from completed projects, this site is an effort to bring them together and recount many of them. Most of the photos on this site were taken with standard point and shoot cameras (& sometimes cell phone cameras). The photography is not meant to be over the top, but instead convey realistic paver and hardscape products installed in a real environment- Jacksonville FL area homes.

This site is designed to spark interest and ideas for future projects however, keep in mind that styles and colors change slowly over time and decisions on a particular product for a new project should be made by referencing freshly produced product samples.
