This weeks project was a major hardscape renovation that included 2 driveways (one in the front of the house and one from another road leading to the rear of the house) a pool deck remodel, several walkways, paver porch, and various planters & other elements. The main architectural feature of the front driveway is a 35 foot circular paver pattern as the driveway meets the house.

New Brick Paver Driveway installation in Pablo Bay by Moderna
This was a very interesting paver driveway installation project where small changes in the footprint made a huge aestetic improvement in the curb appeal of the home. The driveway was widened from the width of the garage to the width of the house and a large sweeping curve transition was added to the front walk. The walk was also widened to 6 feet with a graceful curve and flares out to the columns on the front porch. The color combination is Cappuccino pavers in the field and a solid Taupe soldier course border.
New Brick Paver Driveway project in Queens Harbor by Moderna
This was one of three paver driveway projects that Moderna completed simultaneously in the Queens Harbor County Club. Neigbors were able to take advantage of a cost savings by combining delivery and other factors to reduce the overall cost for everyone.
New Brick Paver Driveway project in Deercreek by Moderna
This was a large paver driveway renovation project in the Deercreek community of Jacksonville. This project was over 4,000 square feet of concrete to remove and replace with brick pavers. Featured in this photo, the front walk was widened and front steps were re-configured with subtle curves to create a nice soft flowing entry to the home. The pavers used are Tremron's Mega Olde Towne in the Sierra color.
New Brick Paver Driveway project in Fruit Cove by Moderna
This paver driveway construction was designed with a walkway the flowed from the driveway to a center raised planter area before it turned into the walk to the front door. The pavers used are three piece Olde Towne pavers in the South Beach color.
New Brick Paver Driveway Project in the Fort Caroline area by Moderna
This project is a circular paver driveway the flows into this paver walkway with nice graceful curves. The pavers featured are Tremron's three piece Olde Towne Pavers in the Silver Oak color. Silver Oak is subtle blends of Charcoal and White. The retaining wall with cap makes a curb along the plant bed for a nice finishing touch. The hardscape curbing also helps to contain the bed, keeping the mulch intact and off the paver walkway.
The color of the retaining wall is similar to the pavers- Tudor- made by Old Castle Licensed through Anchor, which is also subtle blends of Charcoal and White.
