As you step out of the back door this estate home in Jacksonville you are immediately greeted by a multi-level flowing waterfall gracefully spilling into a natural koi pond. The upper paver patio runs right up to the waters edge in some spots allowing a glimpse of the many fish. With nice curving steps, the paving stone patio steps down a few levels to a lower patio, which is carefully integrated into the landscaping with large boulders integrated into the patio allow a place to sit and view the pond.
The pavers used are Tremron's Olde Towne collection featuring 3 sizes of pavers, in a 3 blended colors of Tan, Sandstone, and Taupe. The waterscaping and landscaping was completed by Berkshire Watergardens of Jacksonville.
